Just A Question Or

Have you ever been so absolutely bored out of your mind that you looked at "Blogs of Note?" I was going to post about the cow, which'll be next, woohoo, you say, huh? But I just glanced down, just to check it out. I thought maybe it'd changed and they'd become more selective but fuck noooooooo. Where or who picks these fuckin' blogs of note. I don't pretend that my shits all that but I think I'd rather stare at fucking cartoons or my dogs shit with flies on it before I looked at some of that shit. I hate cartoons btw. My life is boring as hell right now, I will admit this but if I ever turn into one of those zombie blogs of note, I hope somebody has the kindness to smother me in my sleep, please.

"Blogs of Note"?
It is a famous typographical error. Just like the calendrical algorithm in Microsoft's Excel programme:
February 29, 1900?
Have they not read Pope Gregory XIII's "Inter Gravissimas"?

Blogger's error?
It was supposed to read:

"Blogs of Rote"

Woogie,I'm so jealous, I am going to be so sick and you'll feel real sorry for me then, now won't you? You bitch, how can you go w/o me. Don't answer that. So, I guess I'll just sit in my hot tub, in the thunderstorm with a soggy margarita and cry. Hope you're happy now, Miss Smarty Britches!

Jungle Jane, I guess it's the same lame ass group of losers who have to feel each other up to feel alive, huh?

Jane, it's like H.S., who's who, who's cool, who's not, jocks and geeks, right? I tried to be a geek but I just don't cut the mustard. I have been known to wear pens on my gun belt though and was once called a geek. His foot will never be the same. Whoops!

Eyebee, when I don't really want to think or engage and have a moment, you know to do something that doesn't involve interaction, I fall into shit, ll the time. I think I just might need a bath, huh?

DBS - The Gregorian Calendar. The calendar which most of the world uses now. Promulgated by Pope Gregory XIII in the late 1500s. Century years that are not evenly divisible by 400 are not leap years, inspite of the 'every fourth year' rule. 1600 was a leap year. 1700, 1800 and 1900 were not. 2000 was but 2100 will not be.
The Julian Calendar, in use since the time of Julius Caesar, where every fourth year is a leap year was found to be wanting in its ability to mimic the true solar year.

Julian year = 365.25 days
Solar year = 365.2422 days
Gregorian year = 365.2425 days

More accurate.

Microsoft and Lotus 123 used the Julian Calandar rules to write their respective date calculation algorithms. I am not sure if they have bothered to fix their error yet.

SR, you threw me for a loop and I was wondering what the hell you were talking about. Then I realized you were talking about the Pope Gregory comment. I do believe I'd studied this but surely not retained it, as you have. I am in the company of higher learning vehicles.

SR, one thing I have learned, is that you are never too old to learn. When you give up or think you know it all, it is your demise. Don't you agree. You do challenge me and I am mentally challenged.
