Atuck; Rumor or Reason???

I can't find anything to substantiate this story but...

So, the story is told of a movie script, by the name of "Atuck," which had gone as far as casting. The script, was about a half White, half Eskimo, fella and promised to be a true comedy about a large guy, grappling with his life. Rumor has it, that the script was first given to John Belushi. Belushi accepted the part and the rest is history, when he died on March 5, 1982 Belushi, age 33, was found at his room at Bungalow #3 of the Chateau Marmont on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California. The cause of death was a speedball, an injection of cocaine and heroin.

The new heir apparent was John Candy. Candy, read the script and died shortly, there after. It would have been the movie, to follow Wagon's East, Candy's last flick.
Wagons East would be released posthumously in August of 1994 after John had been digitally inserted into several of the final scenes that he had not yet shot. The film was a flop. John was 43 years old.

The script, which called for a humorous "big guy," was then sent, to Sam Kinison. Kinison, who read the script and died not long after, as well.
Kinison was working to become clean and sober in the months before his death and he married his girlfriend Malika Souiri in 1992. Just six days after the wedding, Kinison's white Pontiac Firebird Trans Am was struck by a seventeen-year-old drunk driver on US 95, four miles north of where it intersects Interstate 40, near Fort Mohave, Arizona and Needles, California. He was not wearing a seat belt, and his chest struck the steering wheel upon impact. A passerby immediately notified emergency services and attempted CPR, but with no success. Kinison was taken to the Needles Desert Community Hospital but died of his injuries on the way; his wife survived the accident. The other driver received only minor charges because Kinison was found to have very slight traces of cocaine in his bloodstream, though friends and relatives insisted that the comedian was 100% sober at the time of the collision

It was then sent to Chris Farley, who read the script, accepted the part and subsequently died.
He spent his last day primarily with a hooker named Heidi. Seems he was really into hookers. Heidi was hired for Farley by a friend for $2,000 (yeah right...a friend. wink! wink!) She joined Farley at a party in Lincoln Park (in Chicago) at 11am. There were plenty of drugs at the party. Later that day, Heidi took Farley back to her apartment – where they continued to smoke crack and snort heroin. Chris claimed he’d been up for 4 days, without sleep. They tried to have sex, but Chris couldn’t (giggle). Then at 11pm Chris and Heidi returned to Chris' apartment in the Hancock building. She was growing angry because she wanted to get paid, but Chris continued to claim that a friend was supposed to pay her. They supposedly tried sex again, unsuccessfully, and finally at 3am she left the apartment. Farley was so inebriated he collapsed about 10 feet from the door as Heidi was exiting. Heidi claimed she could hear that he was experiencing labored breathing. He said to her, "Don't leave me." Assuming he had finally passed out, she took a photograph of him lying on the floor and then left.

Hancock buildingChris Farley’s brother John found him the next afternoon. Chris was still lying 10 feet from the door, wearing pajama bottoms and an button down shirt unbuttoned. He was clutching in his hands a baseball cap and rosary beads. There was a blood-tinged fluid coming from his nose, and a white, frothy fluid coming from his mouth. John called 911. Chicago Fire Fighters received the call just after 2pm, and Farley was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 33 years old. So was Belushi.

Webmiztris, I heard this on T.V. a few years ago and was reminded about it, by the Jim Morrison book. I tried to look it up. maybe, I spelled the name of the book wrong but I saw the program about this and was blown away.

JJ, As far as I know, it's true. I'd seen the show about it, years ago and I don't believe they made the movie. Wicked shit, huh?
